Gin Xoriguer is made using a traditional method called ‘simple distillation’ or ‘one-shot-method’.

High-quality wine alcohol, junipers that are preferably sourced from the Pyrenees and well water from Mahón are sublimated by the heat of a fire with wood from Menorca’s forests in 250-year old copper alembic stills to give us a uniquely-flavoured gin. Let us explain it further here…
